The Metropolis of Montenegro and the Littoral is organizing the Days of Metropolitan Amphilochius, which will begin on Thursday, October 23rd in the crypt of the Cathedral Church of the Resurrection of Christ in Podgorica with the promotion of the book "Metropolitan Amphilochius the Father - Spiritual Alphabet", authored by Prof. Dr. Jovo Medojević.
This morning, we were informed in more detail about the events that will be held in the coming days by the head of the Cathedral Church of the Resurrection of Christ in Podgorica, Archpriest Nikola Pejović, who announced this year's program of the event.
"We have prepared a very rich, interesting and informative program and I am sure that all those who will spend these days with us, who will attend these evenings - will have something to hear. We will be able to renew that memory, that remembrance of Metropolitan Amphilochius, to hear some new ones that we certainly did not know before and "to once again remind ourselves of the importance and greatness of the personality of the blessedly departed Metropolitan Amphilochius, of all that he accomplished, all that he left as a great legacy, and he left the Church of God in all its fullness and joy." - said Father Nikola.
We invite all believers to take part in prayer, and with their presence, magnify this spiritual celebration and together remember our blessedly departed Metropolitan Amphilochius.
