Father Nikola Pejović: The mission of the Church is unimaginable without the media
Reverend Nikola Pejović, editor-in-chief of Radio Svetigora of the Metropolis of Montenegro and the Littoral, pointed out in the morning program of Radio Slovo ljubve AEM that the mission of the Church is unthinkable without the media and briefly explained the meaning of the work of church broadcasters - "It is ours to sow, and God's to do. ages".
He testified this with the example of a devotee who lives and works in Germany, in an environment without Orthodox, and who said about the work of "Svetigore" - "When I hear a journalist say "God help me" in the morning, it's like the Heavens open up!".
As a member of the church media who has already passed a quarter of a century of successful missions, Fr. Nikola recalled the beginnings of "Svetigora", expressing his fascination with the visionary ideas and works of the blessedly reposed Metropolitan Amfilohi, who in the 1990s, despite the resistance offered to him, worked to ensure that the Church carried out its mission through the media.
