On January 28, the St. Sava Academy was held in Kolašin, blessed with a welcoming speech by the Metropolitan of Montenegro and the Littoral, Mr. Joanikije. It was attended by representatives of the city authorities, headed by the Mayor, Mr. Petko Bakić, the President of the Municipal Assembly, Mr. Vasilij Bulatović, and the Vice-Presidents of the Municipality, Mr. Vasilij Ivanović and Mr. Miodrag Bulatović. In addition to priests from the Metropolitanate of Montenegro and the Littoral and the Diocese of Budimlje-Nikšić, the academy was attended by the Minister in the Government of Montenegro, Mr. Vladimir Joković, and the President of the Provisional Authority of the Municipality of Peć, Mr. Darko Kolasinac.
The Academy was enhanced, primarily with a St. Sava sermon, by Prof. Dr. Dušan Krcunović, SPD “Jedinstvo” from Kotor, dramatist Milenko Pavlov, KUD “Mijat Mašković” and the singing group “Đude” from Kolašin, folk gusler Željko Vukčević, ethno singer Maša Vojvodić, as well as students of the religious education school “Patrijarh Gavrilo Dožić” from Kolašin.
The program was seen by Miljan Živković.
The Academy was attended by a large number of people.
