TEMPLE GLORY OF THE CHURCH OF THE HOLY INSCRIPTION OF THE MOST HOLY MOTHER OF GOD, FIRST AUTUMN MEMORIAL
On the feast of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the temple glory of the church at the City Cemetery in Škaljari, on Monday, October 14 at 8 a.m. there is Matins, at 10 a.m. the Holy Liturgy with liturgy, at 4 p.m. Vespers.
The moving of graves takes place throughout the day (except during the service).
On the eve of the celebration, on Sunday, October 13, at 4 p.m., there is Vespers.
On the same day, the moving of the graves is from 2 p.m.
According to the old Kotor custom, instead of Michaelmas memorial services (Saturday, October 5), the first autumn memorial services are held on the Day of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, but only at the City Cemetery in Škaljari.
Other autumn funerals (Mitrovske), which this year fall on November 2, are at the cemeteries in Dobrota (Church of St. Vasilij Ostroški) and in Prčanje (Church of St. Peter Cetinsjki).
