Patriarch Paul: May the Lord remember His departed servants
Praying for the departed today and always, so that we do not forget that that hour awaits us and that we strive even now, because we do not know when that hour will come and that we be worthy to appear before the Son of God to hear His voice: "Walk blessed My Father, that you may receive the Kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world" (Mt. 25, 34). That should be our warning today and our advice today to ourselves and to everyone.
May the Lord remember His departed servants who are in faith and live according to faith and have left this world and help us too, and let us keep in mind that hour of appearing before Him, the Righteous Judge, to live even now with that faith, a life according to that to the holy Orthodox faith. God bless you!
