The prayer celebration of the Holy New Martyrs of Jasenovac will be held tomorrow in the Monastery of the Birth of St. John the Baptist in Jasenovac, in the "Jasenovac" Memorial Area, organized by the Pakrac-Slavonia Eparchy of the Serbian Orthodox Church.

A significant number of bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church and other local Orthodox churches will participate in the holy bishop's liturgy, which will begin at 9 a.m., and a large number of descendants of the victims, state officials, public figures and citizens will attend the multi-day program.

Yesterday, September 5, the Museum of Genocide Victims opened a permanent exhibition in the "Ustasha Hospital" building, one of the two remaining authentic buildings of the former concentration system and death camp of the Independent State of Croatia in Jasenovac.

The Serbian Minister of Information and Telecommunications, Dejan Ristic, will also attend the event.
