He was severely tormented by the demon of fornication and the spiritual father Isidore advised him to fast as much as possible and not eat to satiety. Then he prayed all night standing. After 6 years of intense effort, Saint Isidore cured him of fornicating thoughts, fantasies and dreams. In old age he was ordained a priest. He founded his own monastery in which he had 75 disciples. He foresaw that the barbarians would attack the monastery and told the disciples to flee, and he remained with 6 brothers to die of violence because he himself had once committed violence. The barbarians beheaded him when he was 75 years old.
