“Folk wisdom says: “what was far away has come close.” This is how we have come to the end of the fourth edition of the Choir Festival “In Unity, with a Singing Heart”. As you know, the participants of this year’s edition were the Male Vocal Group “Kanon” from Kragujevac, the Choir of the Church of Saint Spyridon from Trieste, the Choir “Zima” from Bar, as well as the host Choir, the Serbian Singing Society “Jedinstvo”. So that our guests would not only take away memories of the wonderfully sung concerts, as good hosts we made sure to take home lasting memories, plaques and other material from the festival, to always remind them of Kotor, of Unity and of new friendship. Until the next fifth edition of the festival, we greet you with the slogan of the Serbian Singing Society “Jedinstvo” – “With a Singing Heart, with a Singing Heart”. See you next year at the same place, at the same time”, said Lazarević.
The organizers of the Choir Festival were SPD "Jedinstvo" Kotor and the Serbian Orthodox Church Municipality of Kotor, with the support of the Municipality of Kotor and the "Vida Matjan" Secondary School of Music.
